Development of tools projects for forging special parts and standard screws.

To begin the project, it is necessary the construction drawing of the part to be produced and the layout of the machine (section where the lengths and diameters of the forging area are indicated, from the dies extraction arms to the punches extraction pins).

The project is delivered on digital media with the drawing of the assembly and the drawings of all individual part. When the tool is ready, we also provide, if required, support for the first installation and full testing of the tool.
