Our experience allows us to design cams for different applications and not just for presses.

The most requested projects are for conjugated cams, usually applied to the Transfer movement of the headers, mostly to replace the cams of Chinese machines. Chinese design has a spring between the two levers, which is used to absorb machining errors. When the machine works at high speed, the vibration of the spring prevents a more precise insertion of the parts into the dies.

To solve it definitively, we replace the cam-lever group with a rigid type, which requires a lot of knowledge and extremely precise machining.
