FORGING POWER ANALYSIS

Forging power values is provided for any headers.

They are obtained through charts and tables of the forging powers at various speeds and distances between the end point of forging and punches. With these data it is possible to feed a program developed to help the tools projects, and to verify their operations. It is important to know the forging power that the machine can provide at any rotation speed and at each distance between punches and dies. For presses from other brands, we need to be aware of some data provided by customers at the moment of consulting.
